"Wellness to me isn’t just one thing. It’s staying active, socialising, finding time for yourself, and fuelling your body in a way that makes sense to you. There’s no one-size-fits-all."
When asked about her ideal morning routine?
"A class at Red Room, coffee… and the sauna!"
Is she a night owl or early bird?
"A bit of both — heels at night, sneakers during the day."
On why Betty Bars are a perfect fit for Red Room:
"They’re a super healthy grab-and-go snack. My favourite flavour is definitely the Chocolate Fudge. I love having one before a heated class — it’s the perfect pre-workout boost."
And what does she hope clients walk away with after a session?
"I want them to feel invigorated. Like they’ve had a great workout, but more importantly, like they’re part of a community they enjoy being in."
