10 Minutes with Esther Cronin

Esther Cronin is the founder of Ready&Reset, a wellness platform developed to help women reclaim balance, vitality, and confidence through movement, mindfulness, and nutrition. The 10-Day Reset serves as the ultimate entry point to wellness, guiding women toward lasting transformation through movement, yoga, mindfulness, and food. As a passionate cook, Esther has curated a thoughtful collection of delicious, nourishing recipes that make healthy eating effortless and enjoyable. With a deep curiosity for what actually works, she has spent years cutting through the noise -testing and refining the most effective wellness practices so you don’t have to. After years in the modeling industry - where beauty and wellness often felt at odds - she hit a breaking point, struggling with burnout, hormonal imbalances, and depleted energy. Her journey back to health led her to deep-dive into holistic practices, from yoga and Pilates to meditation and the science of nourishment. Ready&Reset is the culmination of everything she’s learned and trained in: a modern, intuitive approach to feeling incredible in your body - supported by a like-minded community, both online and in real life.

1. Hi Esther! Tell us a little about yourself and how you got into hosting Ready&Reset.

It’s been a lifelong journey for me of discovering what actually worked in my body to both look good and feel good without compromising on getting maximum enjoyment from life. Because I had done so much ‘me-search’, I began to get really frustrated for a lot of women around me who were feeling overwhelmed by the amount of conflicting information that’s out there, and in their best efforts to invest in themselves, were feeling stuck, burned out and like their efforts were getting them absolutely nowhere, so I wanted to see if I could simplify it all, remove the overwhelm, and actually make a difference. I’ve always had an innate sense about how to tweak a body which I get from my Dad, and a feel for flavour and food which I get from my nan, but it’s been the connecting of dots when it comes to the entire world of wellness, which I explored with my partner Dom, speaking to experts like Andrew Huberman, Wim Hof, James Clear and the likes when we did the WellBeings podcast series, that I recognised a need for something like this to exist. I didn’t want to be just putting more content out into the ether, I wanted to lessen the overwhelm and hand hold people through simple steps to feeling their absolute best.

2. What do you love most about running your business?

The women that I get to work with and the fact that this method is having an actual impact on their lives - it honestly blows my mind every time I get told that I have changed someone’s life. Like, women falling pregnant because they’re cortisol has lowered, or having sex with their partners finally after years of not having the confidence, or even simply making them enjoy cooking because it’s so easy and tastes so yum.

3. What's your favourite pilates move?

Oosh, hard one. It’s got to be side line glutes after a really hard four pointed kneeling glute series. IYKYK

4. What is your favourite class to attend when you are needing some self care?

Sarah Lindsay’s yoga classes at SALA

5. How do you nourish yourself?

Nutritionally with whole foods, whatever yummy fruit is in season, lots of beans and not depriving myself of naughty treats every now and then, but then also time with my friends is what fills my cup the most and is the most nourishing for my soul and something I need to prioritise more.

6. Favourite skincare product?

Emma lewisham’s supernatural Vitale Elixr. It’s supernatural

7. What inspires you?

Travelling, fashion, architecture and interiors, Dom, my friends, my future self

8. How would you explain the benefits of Ready&Reset to someone who is brand new?

This is a comprehebsive on-ramp to wellbeing and covers so many areas that you can pick and choose from. You won’t know the benefits until you’ve done it - many women go in with an intention, thinking they know what they want to get out of it, but then come out with that plus something completely different. Everyone’s different and at differing stages of life, but the benefit is in coming to see that so many of our issues can be treated in exactly the same way and there’s security in knowing that.

9. How do you set yourself up for your day?

After I’ve done all of my rituals, I like to get a blank page in my diary and write out everything that needs to be done, dividing them into emails, projects and personal and then I number them according to priority level, what can be done to ‘move the boat forward’ and what can be done as a really quick win.

10. What's in your handbag?

Laniege lip sleep mask
Betty Bar always
Lip liner
Eye brow brush
Eye lash curler
Bronzer
