Breakfast at Betty's

Betty Hosts a Morning of Movement, Matcha & Meaningful Conversations

On Friday, February 14th, Betty Bars hosted a special Valentine’s Day breakfast event at OKAHU, a stunning waterfront venue in Auckland. With 40 incredible women in attendance, the morning was all about movement, connection, and nourishing the body and mind.

Guests were welcomed with a Betty Oat Milk Matcha, setting the tone for a refreshing and energizing start to the day. As everyone mingled and took in the breathtaking views, the anticipation built for the workout ahead. Each guest found their way to a yoga mat, where a thoughtfully curated goodie bag awaited.

We were privileged to have Esther Cronin from Ready & Reset lead us through a dynamic 45-minute workout, designed to strengthen and energize both body and mind. The energy in the room was electric, with everyone moving in unison, celebrating their bodies and the start of a beautiful day.

Post-workout, guests indulged in a delicious smoothie bowl from the ‘Betty Bar,’ featuring ingredients inspired by Betty Bars themselves—delivering the perfect balance of protein, fiber, and wholesome goodness.

As everyone enjoyed their breakfast, we settled back onto our mats for a Q&A session with Greta Kenyon from Together Journal and Olivia Scott, the founder of Betty Bars. The discussion touched on wellness, balance, and the inspiration behind Betty Bars, leaving everyone feeling inspired and empowered.

A huge thank you to everyone who joined us for this unforgettable morning—it was the perfect way to celebrate movement, nourishment, and connection. Stay tuned for more Betty events to come!
