We’re Hiring: Part-Time Content Creator for Betty Bars

Betty Bars is growing fast - stocked in 50+ retailers, loved by a community of modern wellness-driven women, and launching nationwide campaigns. We’re now looking for a part-time TikTok & Instagram Content Creator to help us bring Betty’s story to life through fun, aesthetic, snackable video content.

The Role

You’ll create short-form video content (TikTok + Reels) that feels:

• Trend-aware, witty, and Betty's aesthetic

• Engaging for women who care about health and wellbeing

5 hours per week, $30/hour, flexible, ongoing.

What You’ll Do

• Create 3–5 pieces of video content per week (TikTok & Reels)

• Collaborate with founder and ideate new concepts weekly (UGC-style, trending audio, POVs, founder-led moments, product storytelling, taste tests, humour, etc.)

• Film and edit content using your phone

• Keep on top of relevant TikTok trends and audio

• Work with founder to test what performs and iterate

• Are confident filming yourself (or filming product-led content)

• Understand pacing, lighting, hooks and storytelling

• Are reliable, organised and full of ideas

• Have a knack for humour, storytelling, or making educational content feel fun
